The Planning and Development Department Gilgit-Baltistan is divided into 08 Sections. The mandate of the Planning & Development Gilgit-Baltistan and the Sections within the Department includes provision of technical support and coordination to various Government departments in their planning activities : -
- Preparation of Short & Medium term Plans.
- Monitoring & Evaluation of Schemes.
- ADP Formulation.
- Releases of Development Fund.
- Coordination with Ministries Regarding PSDP Projects.
